This is a video that was submitted in a contest by a 20 year old. The contest was Titled 'u @ 50'.This video won second place. When they showed it, everyone in the room was awe-struck and broke into spontaneous applause. So simple and yet so
brilliant.

Take Time to Be

My kindergarten grandson told me yesterday that at their school, right after lunch, they have "time to be". I said, "What is time to be?" He said, "Oh, it's just time for a little nap."

I love that concept. Teaching children the idea of taking time to just "be" not "do". We all need to return to that kind of thinking!

It is my most sincere hope that today you will take "time to be." Sit on your porch, take a walk, spend some minutes in the present moment. Enjoy! Or as my friend, Kate reminds me, "In Joy!" Indeed!
